I ONLY take my car to Toyota! They have such an amazing staff all the way from the greeter to the person who checks you out. Even when i call to make an appointment the people are always nice. My last visit i was greeted and helped by Ashley Jenness. She was AWSOME! She answered all my questions and she knew what she was talking about and I didn't feel ripped off like I have in the past by other mechanics with my previous car. They always say never go to a dealership because they over charge you but Toyota has always been cheaper then any place I've gone (except for tires). I always have a great experience there and the hot chocolate/water and fruit is always a plus :) more

Toyota of Temecula offers wonderful customer service. It's a pleasure to sit in their waiting room where offered are cookies coffee water etc. Great service more
