Most amazing 2/11/2014

The MOST awesome business I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I came in for an oven and they offered MORE than what I was asking for my old oven and delivered the new one first thing the next morning. After 14 hours of consecutive use (I own a cupcake shop) the oven security feature started acting up. They came literally within an hour, delivered a new one so I could continue to bake, and took the other one. They later called to tell me they had fixed the old one and they'd bring it back or I could pick out a completely different oven of the same value! They are always so busy yet extremely accommodating. I'd recommend them to anyone! more

I walked in looking for a gas range and I was not impressed. The employee who addressed me was abrupt and not very friendly. He told me I would have to check back every day because they seldom get gas ranges in and they fly out again right away. So he turned me loose to look at the available refrigerators because I needed one of those, too. Every fridge there was filthy. Even the ones that looked like they had been given some attention were covered in a greasy film and not a single one in the place had clean seals. I would never allow an appliance from Ted's past the door of my home. more

Very Helpful! I did not actually use their services, but when I called and talked to him about my problem he was very helpful over the phone and willing to help me as much as he could without an actual service call. If I do ever need appliance repair I`ll be giving them a call. more

The service man was polite and knew exactly what to do to get my refrigerator back to normal. He also looked at my washer and fixed a leaking hose. I will call them back when ever I need help. What a pleasure to not have to worry about who was in my house. more

Got my wife her new washer and dryer from here after she kept dropping her "subtle" hints about wanting a new one. She loves it and I loved the price I got it for...win win for everyone. And the staff was pretty helpful when I was there too. Thanks for everything. more
