Hair cut and blow 10/8/2011

I called for an appointment and was seen less than 1/2 hour after I called. Service is always great as I wait to the last minute. Great cut and blow dry. more

Essie not only does a great job on color but she is kind and caring. Essie remembers my life outside of the salon as well as inside. Compassion is rare to find and Essie has it. more

haircut and style 10/6/2011

I am always pleased with the results of the haircut and style I receive from my stylist. In addition to knowing and executing her craft well, she is very nice and always professional and prompt. And I leave the salon liking the way my hair looks and feels immediately, unlike other salons where the stylist would sometimes cut it shorter than requested. more

Too Good for Words 10/1/2011

I am always pleased by the excellent service and attention I receive at Teddies. On Friday I had a fabulous facial with Kelly, a relaxing massage by Angie, a soothing scalp treatment by Mindy, a stylish blow/dry by Nikki and finally a spiffy eyebrow tint from Carol Marie. Each and every member of your staff treats me like I'm special and I justg love it! They all deserve a raise. more

appt not skedded 10/1/2011

Afrter a year of excellend service - a bad day is expected. Had appt with Cary for cut and with Lana for Man and Ped. All went well except you lost my ped appt. Had cut and mani, but no pedi. Had to go back day later for pedi. Not Lana or Cary fault, they did real well. Person who made appt though skedded me for cut and mani - but did not sked the pedi. Sorry about thaat - acccidents happen. more

It's always a fun experience at Teddie's or I wouldn't continue coming. John's the best when it comes to hair color...besides being very entertaining. I wouldn't think of going any where else...The employees have won my heart and my hair! more

I've been coming to Teddie Kossof Salon and Spa for years and I've never been disappointed. I go to Tom for my color and he is amazing! Jason does a great job cutting my hair and styling it. I highly recommend them! more

I have been going to Teddie's for 25 years. There has never been a reason to go anywhere else. A special tip of the hat to Beata who has been cutting my hair for the bulk of that time...she is great! In the event that our schedules don't align, I have used other stylists and have been very pleased with all of them. You can't go wrong with Teddie Kossof. more

Really want to give a higher rating but just can't. The staff is super nice and they deserve a great review. The 2,5 star is solely earned by the staff at the spa. Facilities are dilapidated, out of date and just doesnt' exude class or sophistication. Toilets dirty, carpets so so. They use cheap styrofoam cups for water rather than either plastic or real glasses, as most high end spas does. No fruit service. Treatment rooms to cold to be able to relax more
