Consistently staff is friendly and helpful. I go to an excellent stylist (Grace) who has the talent of working on various hair types but always comes up with something specifically flattering for that customer. more

My first facial was fantastic 10/12/2011

I purchased a combo facial/massage package. Really needed to relieve the stress built up over the summer. I started with the facial, having no idea what to expect. Kelly was the 'genius' who took care of me. She was friendly, patient, explained everything, and made me feel so relaxed! Best of all, she didn't push selling things to me before, during and after the service! more

I have been going to Teddy Kossof salon since I was a little girl, probably about 15 years now. My current stylist, Anna, is amazing! I've been going to her for almost five years. She loves hair and takes extra time with me to make she every angle looks perfect. She is also a really caring individual and I fully trust her with my hair! more

Reflexology and Mani/pedi 10/9/2011

I so enjoyed my day at the spa. I had Barb for reflexology and it is only the second time in the United states I have had the real experience of the excellent massage I had weekly whilst living in Asia for 6 + years. There is a true technique to pulverizing the crystals in ones feet. It truly was wonderful and Barb herself was a delight and helpful with pinpointing trouble spots. It has been over 48 hours ago and my feet still tingle anew! I had Anne for manicure/pedicure and she also was delightful. Other salons the technitians usually do not speak to you or are so busy checking themselves out in the mirrows, Anne made me feel welcome and I think we both learned a few things from each other about antiques! I also enjoyed how clean your facility is. It will be a while before I can come again - but it is on my calendar to give you a call in a couple of months! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
