Before moving to Austin, I was stuck using the same mechanic my family has done business with for years. So when it came time for my car to be serviced here in Austin, I looked up a few shops and took a chance on Tech One Automotive. I have to say the location is supreme especially for those people not too familiar with the streets of Austin. After parking my car, I walked into the building and was greeted with a friendly "hello" from behind the desk. Today, I simply needed an oil change and was just going to wait out the process inside. I took a seat on the provided couch and glanced at a few magazines available. In less than five minutes of my arrival, my car was already pulled into the garage. My vehicle was serviced in the perfect amount of time sending me back on the road. The mechanics were friendly and eager to help me understand any issues and questions I had about the car. I would definately recommend Tech One Automotive to anyone looking for a fresh start or a simple change in their routine. The business is full of down to earth people, an open atmosphere, and honest work.
