Team Honda

My experience at AutoNation Honda was AWESOME! My salesman Andre Dallas makes it happen. I was referred to him by my cousin, I contacted him & told him my situation & was very unsure if he could get me approved. Andre told me to come out, he 1st worked on getting me approved before anything. I really didn't believe he could make this deal happen with me putting alot of money down & an unreasonable payment. Well... I must say Andre made it happen. This is the best deal I have ever had making a car purchase. I spent maybe an hour & a half at the most at dealership, bought a CERTIFIED 2010 Honda Accord EX-L (fully loaded),& I was happy as kid on Christmas. I went & told a friend the next day, she just new she wouldn't get approved either, but thanks to Andre, he got her approved as well, shes satisfied. I must say, don't let your credit challenges stop you from getting a new car. Go see Andre Dallas & you for a new car buying experience. more

The service department at Team Honda in Lithia Springs apparently does not know how a schedule works nor do they value their customers' time. I had an appointment for an oil change and they claimed it would take approximately 2 hours. What's the point of having an appointment if I'm going to be put in line with everyone just driving up? I left and will never go back. I tried to use them once to get a recall notice taken care of and what they claimed would take a minimum of 4-5 hours another Honda dealership did in less than 2. I should have learned my lesson then. Why take appointments if you're not going to honor them? more
