Ok, so whatever you do - DON'T buy a car from Summer. I wanted to purchase an SUV from ""Team Suzuki"" LOL and saw some online that I was interested in. I emailed her and she said anything she had to to get me to come to the dealership I did NOT want to come to the dealership, I didn't want to waste my time. She told me over the phone they could get me a deal around the price I was looking for and pay my current car completely off. Boy was that a LIE! Once I finally gave in and went to the dealership there was something wrong with the SUV I was looking at, I pointed that out to her and she said ""it passed inspection"", that's it. Not interested at in the fact that there was something wrong. She then took me inside and because I wasn't satisfied, she sent someone else out to ""deal"" with me. It was getting late and you could so tell she was just ready to go home. She was packing up her purse and talking on her cell phone in her office while I was waiting at some little uncomfortable table. She then sends out her other rude co-worker SHAD and he was just as rude. The manager TONY finally came out and he was a little bit better. If I had a million dollars they would never get my sale. I wasted my time going out there. The WORST buying experience ever!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! I only gave it 1 star because you can't leave it blank. Cons: EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF! more

THE VERY WORST OF ALL THE WORST 2/14/2009

This is the worst car purchasing experence in ALL of my life. I drove 21/2 hours to purchase. I went in pre-approved from my credit union. They insisted that I apply for the finacing. My credit union told them what they needed in order for them to pay dealer.Dealer, LIERS, told me I still needed to finace with them. They forged my signature on a document. (Lawer involved) I paid the sales tax for my state to them, they never paid them to louisiana DMV. If you hear the names Jessica, Eric, Tony, run away quickly . Purchased car 1/1/09, as of today 2/14/09 and three trips to the DMV still unable to register car. They refused to let me speak to the ower. ONE STAR IS TO KIND!!! Failure to Disclose Information 9/5/2008

I filled out an online credit application through a damaged credit/credit repair lender. The next day, I received a call stating that I had been approved for 100% financing up to $25,000 - that I just needed to come in and show proof of income, identity & residency. I specifically asked if this was a pre-approval, or an actual approval - and she said that I was approved. The next day, my husband went to the lot and brought them everything she had requested. After getting asked for his information to add him to the loan (which we didn't want to do, as I am trying to build some credit up).. they finally told him that the only program that I qualified for was a 3-6 month in-house finance loan. When this was questioned, the salesman went to his manager - and they said that was all they could do. Why would you tell someone that they are approved for 100% financing and waste everyones time if that weren't the real deal. This seems like a sneaky way to make a lot of interest $ off of an inhouse loan on a less than desired vehicle. Cons: Misleading more

Those remarks on other ratings may be from credit challenged people, looking for someone to just put them in a car. I know they did me right, and I was very happy, I met the owner, Mike, and very proud to be a customer, and will send them my friends to buy from them. more

Great sales staff 6/29/2008

I had been wanting to trade in my truck for something that got better gas mileage but knowing that my credit was bad I didnt think it could be done. Then a few weeks ago I was driving down the katy freeway and noticed their wide selection of used cars so I decided to take a chance and see what could be done. I explained my credit situation to them and the sales staff was very understanding. After a short time I was approved!!!! They were all so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for helping me!!!! My name is Olga Rodriguez and I was interested in getting a used vehicle when I had over heard a girl talking about a usd carlot in katy. I asked her wha the name was and she said Team Certified Suzuki ,she said that she was able to get a car with not so good credit so I said let see what they can do for me I went in on April 8,2008 and The General Manager Saeid was at the receptionist desk and asked me if I needed help I said yes and the day went on, he showed me some cars and I went on test drives till I found the vehicle that I wanted. They had me fill out the paper work and then they began to work on my deal. Well around 2 they came to me and said that I was approved. I was so happy because I did not have the so called great credit. During the whole time that I was there they always came t make sure that everything was ok if I wanted something to drink, they even offered to take me to get something to eat. If you are looking to be treated with respect and not have someone look at you like you are nothing then the place for you to go would be here. They will show you how a dealership should work and how great they are with there customers. Even after two months the General Manager called me to see how the car was working and if there was anything that I needed . Pros: Thumbs Team Certified Suzuki more

WORST dealership - don't just walk away, RUN! 9/4/2007

I agree with all the people who said this place is TERRIBLE. I was directed to them by an online service Carloan(dot)com and had the same experience. I told Jessica that I was not able to come in immediately to see her husband, Mike Ogaz, but I ended up with a phone message from him saying that I had missed my 6pm appt. which I had NEVER made. Then, he basically used every tactic in the book to sell me a car and yes, like everyone else, left me sitting forever. FYI: another sell tactic. At the end of the night, Mike tells me that the financing is almost done but he'll get back to me the next day but he never did. I left messages for him but never heard back. Per Carloan(dot)com, I was supposed to be able to get financing from Team Certified but be allowed to purchase any vehicle of my choice from any dealer I wanted. Team Certified Suzuki said this was not true and said they would not finance me unless I bought a car from off of their lot. Needless to say, they make empty promises and are a waste of time. Thank goodness I didn't fall for their ""bully"" tactics. I bought a car from Enterprise and had a very smooth, no-hassle, stress-free experience the way buying a car should be. I bought a car here the other day and was very happy with the service I got!! Yes I had to put down $1500 but you know what...that is my fault cause I have bad credit so I was lucky enough to get a car to begin with!! I am glad I was given the chance to but a car so I can rebuild my credit! more

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME 5/31/2007

Long story short, you go in fill out paperwork wait 2 hours they come back and tell you that you are approved. After that they never call you back, Jessica is the worst call salesman she has no idea what she is doing. Worst Serivce Ever!!!!! 5/31/2007

I applied for finance over the net, I was called and told I was approved but I had to come in today!! So I drove the hour, sat in the waiting area for 4 hours to be told well, you need a co-signer or $3,000 down. I found a co-signer called and told them I would be in the following Friday night. When I arrived they had lost all my paperwork so I had to do it all over again and this time had to wait in the waiting area 6 hours. I did get my van but a few days later I called back and they told my that the finance people decided they didnt want to finance me so I had to go through it all over again. 2 weeks after I got my van the wheel bearing went out. I took it back in and they said they would cover it since they should have cought it before I bought it. I waited 4 hours this time before they gave me a loaner car that looked like it had been beat with a bat all over. When my van was ready and I went to pick it up they tried to bill me for the dents on the loaner car which ws there when I got it. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from these people again Cons: EVERYTHING BAD more

Bait and Switch Financing 4/28/2007

My daughter went looking at their selection after recieving an ad in the mail. They told her she had been approved after I agreed to cosign on the note. A week later they called her and told her that she needed to bring the car in for detailng as they didn't do it prior to giving it to her. When she took it in they made her wait around for 3 hours and then told her that even though they told her the loan had been approved, the finance company backed out and now they were going to keep the car and try to find other financing. The lady left and never came back. Leaving us sitting in the showroom. I wouldn't buy a dead cat from these people. Too slimey. more
