Friendliness of the staff. Not pressured on repairs. Was told at another shop needed over $1000 worth of work that wasn't needed. Will be back & telling friends. more

I am very pleased with the service i received from Taylor Auto Care. They provided me with a oil change not only that but they informed me that my struts were shot and i needed new ones. Granted i didnt like the price of the struts and labor but i am greatful for them informing me of the problem. Not only were they excellant but the facility was outstanding it was very clean,and very nice. They also offer beverages while you waited for your vehicle. My children sat down and read the books they provided and colored as well. I highly recommend anyone to come and see the facility and have work done on their vehicle. The staff were very nice and courteous. more

nice people & beautiful service center 2/16/2015

I liked how welcoming the folks at Taylor were, but my change oil soon light came back on as soon as I left their lot. I'd go back for future service though.. just wish I watched the oil change process & my tires were not rotated. more

First place to diagnose my unique prob. 2/14/2015

My truck's engine could not idle in cold, winter weather. This problem began two winters ago. I took it to 2 different mechanics & replaced/serviced multiple components myself----which all FAILED. Then, I took it to Taylor Auto Care. Diagnosis: bad manifold-intake-gaskets were allowing too much air into the engine when cold; In warm, summer conditions this problem was not happening b/c the gaskets(when warm enough) expand sufficiently to do their job: seal up air gaps. more
