I have lived at Tamarac for 7 years. Its clean quiet and a nice place to live. The other reviewers must have an ax to grind with the office staff. If you can't control a 2 year old good luck as they get older. I have and will recommend my friends and family to Tamarac! Just a terrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone. Management is just out to make a buck. It is truly you vs. them after you sign the lease. They act nice but mislead you to sign the lease and then they could care less about you after. They are only concerned in the short term. Upper management is extremely rude and is not worth talking with. They obviously put very little money into the property as it has very few amenities such as a pool. Please look elsewhere! You will regret this in the long run. Pros: Apartment is nice size Cons: Everything else, Management especially!! more

I've lived at Tamarac for over 10 years. It's a wonderful place to live. Having your own washer and dryer in your suite is a real plus. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My work orders are usually done the same day I call them in. Tamarac is a great deal and I have and would recommend my friends and family to live here. more

\r Tamarac decided that they would put us above an elderly couple. My son is 2 and CAN NOT play in his own home. Every time he plays they are banging on the ceiling for him to be quite. He does not rough house and is not a hand full. He is 25 pounds. My son is now terrified of the noice. We asked them to come in and observe our son while he is playing and see if there was some sort of reasonable solution that we are able to use our apartment that we pay for as well as make the residents down stairs happy as well. According to their maintainace men, our son was not being overly playful and we were not doing anything that would merrit a complaint. They did observe while they were in our apartment, the neighbors harrassment by pounding the ceiling. \r Needless to say... our lease is coming up and we were going to go month to month until we were about to make other housing arrangments. \r We recieved a note in out door stating that we have 45 days to exit the property and that they will not be renewing our lease. In a panic that we had not where else to go, I called the leasing office and they claimed that they do not have to give you a reason, that they can just tell you to leave. \r I now have a family with a 2 year old son that I do not know where we are going to live in 45 days. I feel that Tamarac ABSOLUTELY discriminates against families with small children. I am warning you... if you have children... do not live here... your life will be hell Cons: not child friendly, nothing for children to do. more
