TRU Limousine

I used these guys for my bachelor party and will be using them for my wedding. I don't know what this other guy is talking about or why he would make up stories. I speak to the owner of this limousine company all the time and he goes out of his way to accommodate me and all his customers. As far as Iam concerned, I like to establish a relationship with one company and use them for life. It makes the ride and experience so much better when you know your with a company you can trust. My wife and I booked this limo company for our wedding that was in August, 2009. Everything went great with the company up until the night of the wedding. One of our guests had given our limo driver a bag of goodies that they were supposed to transfer from the limo that drove us to the venue to the limo that was bringing us home from the venue. The bag of goodies disappeared sometime in between and has not been seen since. Our friend tried to contact the company to ask about the bag and its contents. The individual that spoke to our friend was extremely rude and unhelpful and made some unsettling accusations about my father in law. Shortly thereafter, my wife received a rather unprofessional (read rude) call from the owner of the company threatening us because our friend wanted their property returned to them. The first limo that we had, a 14 seat Escalade, was very nice and clean. The driver was courteous and friendly, although a bit odd. Our second limo, a 42 passenger bus, was a different story. Several of the lights in the vehicle did not work. The TV hookups did not work properly. My wife had made a special request to the company to make sure that our iPod or laptop would be able to hook up to their system and we were assured that it would work perfectly. It did not. The driver couldn?t figure it out either. So there we were the night of our wedding driving home in silence. Pretty boring. The bathroom also was a bit disgusting. There was no toilet paper and things were a bit messy. This limo company threatened to take my wife to court because our friend posted a negative review of their company. Overall, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. You?d have better luck going with someone else. Pros: large selection of vehicles Cons: dirty vehicles, unprofessional and rude employees more

My best friend hired this company for her wedding in August. She had an Escalade limo pick up the bridal party at her parents house and take us the wedding venue. She also hired them for a party bus to take the bridal party and other special guests around after the reception was over. We were told to provide all alcohol we wanted on the party bus, so I packed a black canvas bag of mine with a few mixers, a bottle of wine, and some other things. The father of the bride took everyone's bags and gave them to the limo driver, so that they could be transferred onto the party bus. Come party time, my stuff is nowhere to be found on the bus. I talked to the bus driver who said he never saw the bag I described, or any of the alcohol in it. I also talked to the father of the bride again, who verified with me that he gave the limo driver the bag, could describe for me what it looked like and what was in it. When I called the limo company to ask if they had seen the bag or had it still, the guy who answered the phone was immediately rude and inconsiderate. As I explained my situation and REPEATEDLY told him that I didn't wish to argue, I just wanted to find my stuff, he was unprofessional, gruff, yelling, and inconsiderate to the fact that I was getting truly upset with the conversation. He told me he had personally transferred everything from the limo to the bus and never saw my bag or the stuff that was in it. He repeatedly yelled this several times to me, saying that he has no responsibility for the lost items, and accusing the father of the bride of lying to me. Apparently this company had been ""nice as hell"" up until they got their money. But I suggest to anyone who has any value in what they put on any of this companies vehicles that they not trust these people AT ALL, you may end up regretting it. more
