T & T Nails

I am not sure what the previous review is talking about. I have been going to T & T Nail going on three years now and I would not go anywhere else. They have always been pleasant, accomodating and extrememly nice. I am very pleased with the work that they do and when I have been in there getting my nails done or a pedicure, they have always greeted their customers that walk in or call on the phone with great respect. I have never heard any disrespectful words or seen any disrespectful behavior at this company and I am really appalled at the comments this person wrote. I won't go anywhere else and I have tried a few other places but never get the nice work or customer service as I do at T & T Nail. I have had pedicures, manicures, artificial nails and waxing and have been extremely happy with all. more

My girlfriend got her nails done here and came back unsatisfied. She told me that the person doing her nails was distracted by the T.V. and every customer that walked in. The lady also poked at her crossed leg with a nail file and told her to put it down. Also, when she first went in, they asked her if she was Vietnamese, and upon answering ""no"", they went back to doing their work and speaking to each other in Vietnamese. \r \r The woman doing her nails also kept shaking/pulling on her arm rudely in order to tell her to relax her hand. etc. ... The next day, we went back to ask for a REFUND, she gave us the refund, DID NOT APOLOGIZE and DEMANDED that we never come back. \r \r This shop should be out of business by the rate that their going,..... BEWARE! Pros: NONE! Cons: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR ATTITUDE, ETC. more
