T & G Roofing did a complete re-roof of our house. They did two layers of shingles, and they had a shingle and composite roof they had to tear off. So it was a pretty big job. They did it pretty quickly and professionally, and they cleaned up after themselves. Their pricing was very fair, and everything was great! more

I appreciate T & G Roofing's consideration, promptness, and thoroughness. I have 2 buildings I had them work on, the first was flat and easy in my opinion. The second was slanted and more difficult. The gentleman that came to check it before and after the installation explained to me a new kind of roofing that they were going to use to tie together with the old roofing. He did a very good job of seeing that everything was checked out and working properly. The experience was very good and I have nothing but thanks for the interest this gentleman took in doing his job. more

I hired T & G Roofing to replace my roof and they did a wonderful job. They gave me a great estimate and were able to schedule the job smoothly. Winnie is very easy to talk to and very professional, organized, and helpful. She showed me many samples and gave me a variety of colors to choose from. The crew who did the actual job was great. They arrived early, got started right away, and were very hardworking and respectful. They never left a mess and finished the job in a couple of days. T & G Roofing did a small job for me, and they were nice when I spoke to them. After they did the job, there was still some leaking, so they came back and fixed it. I would say they're qualified, but they're a little bit expensive. But I was happy with them. more

My experience with T & G Roofing was very good. They're a very professionally run organization. I needed a roof replacement for a building I manage. I looked into several different places. I found T & G to be very friendly from the beginning. They explained to me the methods they would use, which were different from traditional roofing methods. They weren't going to use a tar or oil base product. I decided to go with them because of the lower price, the longer warranty, and the minimal impact on my tenants. The roofers were here for three days. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were neat. There were no debris by the time their work was complete. I would absolutely recommend T & G Roofing. Just know that if you are weary of new products and roofing methods, you must be willing to think outside the box. You have to get over the newness of the product. With a longer warranty, a lower cost, and an easy transition for your tenants, how can you go wrong? more

I live out of state and need a roof done on a property I recently acquired. Mark delivered each and every day. Although it was a small job it was also the hottest temperatures in LA in years. Each day he came and worked in the blazing sun and the clean up was fantastic would never know he had been there more

T & G Roofing put a new roof on our 34 unit apartment building. The job came in on time, on budget, and there were no problems. They were fine to work with and I would recommend them. They came out, they took a look at the job, they told me what they were going to do, and they did it. They just put the roof on this year, so we don't really know whether or not there will be any problems. But they assured us that it will be fabulous and that if there are any problems, they will come out and take care of them. Based on that, hopefully in a couple years and after a few rainy seasons, I will be able to give a better recommendation. more

We've only had one little shower since T & G Roofing put the new roof on. We'll find out probably ten years from now how they did. They did apparently what they said they would do and the end result seems to be satisfactory at the present time. When you have long term situation like this, sometimes at the beginning things are fine and as time goes on they're not so good, but I'm very optimistic that everything will go well. Apparently they've been in business for decades and have a good reputation. That's all you can rely on. Everything was done in a workmanlike manner. The property was clean when they got through. A few things went wrong, but they were rectified and I'm happy. The foreman, Mark, was very straightforward. He's a down-to-earth guy and whenever I had a situation I could call him. He would tell me what was going to happen and that's what occurred. If it's Mark that you're dealing with, I think you will be taken care of very well. Whenever I had a question or anything and could not get a hold of the field person, Mark, directly, I would leave a message with the office and they would get back to me right away. In construction if people do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it for the price agreed on, everything usually works out well. When you're spending thousands of dollars and many people are involved in the situation, things happen. For example, one of their workers backed into one of my tenant's vehicles. I got a call from my tenant. It was just a manner of their insurance companies getting in contact. Within a couple of days, it was all taken care of. more

We hired T & G Roofing to install a new roof on our home. They did a good job. They were professional and showed up when they said they would. They got the entire roof torn off and even some of the work completed in the first day. Usually a job like this would take a week, but they had it done in just a few days. The only part where they fell off a bit was with regards to our contract. We had a deal that they would hire me to help take care of the fascia and soffitting. I was under the impression that someone would work with me, but it turned out that I had to put it up by myself. I definitely had to ask them a couple of times to explain and clarify the contract. Make sure you work out everything with your contract and that all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed before they begin work. Other than this, they did a really nice job, and we would recommend them. more

T & G Roofing put a layer of material over a 17,000 square foot warehouse. They successfully stopped all of my leaks! One thing I really like about them is that they come out to look at it once a year. They clear the drains, too, to make sure nothing overflows. more

Mark was great, he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He was very personable and knew what he was talking about. He had the person from the city come out to get the permits, and afterwards got approval for what he had done. So far so good. more

T & G Roofing was very responsive. They came out and did the estimate and did a very good job on the roof. They left no mess and the roof was done in two days. The third day was just to get the inspection in and the roofer stayed on the premise until the inspector arrived. more

T & G Roofing provided us with what is called a "thin ply" roof. It is an industrial style roof that is similar to Walmart, high schools, and commercial buildings, but since we are a residential, we didn't know about the overall look and appearance. It looks very industrial in a residential setting. The flashing is not clean-looking, there is no smooth surfaces or clean edges. The seams look like smeared bubblegum. It doesn't appear to be home-like. It wasn't clear how it would work in the end. They said, "It's going to look like a roof." I thought, "Oh it will look like what I have, but white." But that's not what it looks like at all! One of the workers said, "Well, that's what it is supposed to look like." Then how come I didn't know it was supposed to look like a high school roof? However, the savings was a big draw. It appears as though I'm going to save thousands on my heating and air conditioning due to the roofing. Our AC hasn't had to come on except when it is 90+ degrees outside and it stays warmer during the night. We're actually pretty happy with the outcome because it is about saving money and the cost of the roof was very reasonable as well. more
