Alfie arrived on time as scheduled and did a marvelous job demonstrating my water supply. I was impressed with his knowledge and his efficiency as well as his low-pressure approach. I was also impressed with the system and recommended anyone in a hard water area take a look at it. more

Demo 5/15/2017

Jeff did an excellent job in demonstrating the chlorine levels and the hardness of our water and in educating me and my wife about the difference between the softened water. He was transparent, upright about the pricing being on higher side however, he was not pushy. H clearly explained the warranty and other services. His demo was so good that we made an instant decision to go with their services. I would definitely recommend Sweet water home services more

Alfie did a great job presenting the benefits of having a water filter in our home by conducting a thorough water test. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to having are system installed and reaping the benefits of purified water. more

Unit Service 3/27/2017

Ben came by and I had a leak in a line from my meter to the house. He was very informative regarding my softner and the steps I need to take to maintain it. I have not serviced the unit and his information was very helpful in making my my mind up about regular maintenance. Thank you for the great service. We have been very happy with our Rainsoft filter unit. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend their service! more

Eye opening Water Testing 12/2/2016

Alfie with Sweetwater Home Services of Austin came out to my house to provide me with free water testing. Was I surprised at what we found in my water! YUK! Alfie took the time to explain all the different testing and why the results were what they were. He used layman's terms that were easy for me to understand and took the time to answer any questions. He was very personable but not in that "used car salesman" way that immediately turns you off. There was no hard pressure sales tactics involved. He let the testing and literature speak for itself. Very impressed with Alfie and will seriously consider going with Sweetwater Home Services.. more

Alfie was excellent in his knowledge of water softeners and water hardness. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. Very nice experience. Great guy and deserves everything he may get. more

Jeff A. is a great guy! He took his time to test our water and was very informative. I want to thank Sweetwater Home Services for keeping a guy like this on their staff. I would assume he brings lots of business. If I had the money for a system at this time I would've bought it when he was here. When my family and I are ready to purchase we will be calling Jeff. Sweetwater Home Service thanks again for letting Jeff come out and talk with us about our water filtering options it was a pleasure having him in our home. more

Alfie came by and showed us what we already expected, we have hard water. He was very professional and didn't force anything on us as far as trying to sell us the product, He let the product sell itself. We love the product and if he had the budget to purchase the system we would have done it, but we will have to wait a while for it. Very professional and answered all the questioned we had about the system, we took his card and will for sure get one later in the year. more
