The Swarthmore Laundromat is nothing special, as Laundromats go. It certainly does the job: I have never had a problem with any of my loads. One of the good things they have is a message board, so you can see what is new in the community while you do your laundry. They are also well-placed, with quite a few restaurants around to eat in while your laundry is spinning. more

Better-than-average dryers 8/21/2005

I have to say it: the dryers at Swarthmore LAundry get your clothes dry faster and with less damage than other dryers. I don't know how they do it, but I kept using them for some big rush loads instead of those in my building because they saved me so much time. The washers are about the same speed as others. more
