The people are friendly and they make it easy to explain your problem. The work that was done to my vehicle was very professional, and they had my vehicle back to me the same day I took it to the shop. Maybe a little pricey for labor, but I am satisfied with the work. more

I have never had a problem with my service at Susquehanna in the 15-20 years I have been going there. They do good quality work, and most importantly, they are trustworthy. I no longer live in Independence, but I still take my cars to Susquehanna Auto. more

The gang at Susquehanna really seems to care about both the customer and the vehicle... more so than the repairs at the car dealership. I have always found their work to above and beyond which is why I keep going back more

You can TRUST them and you never leave with the feeling of being taken advantage of. They have always been able to fit us in at last minute,they have even been known to take my wife back the house after she dropped off the jeep.They treat you as a person and not a paycheck. I have been going to Susquehanna Auto Clinic for about 20 years. I have always found them to be very straightforward, honest, and dependable. They are a good bunch of people. I have had a variety of cars with different needs and I prefer to take them to Susquehanna Auto rather than the dealer. I appreciate the fact that their prices are always pretty close to their estimates, and they are very good about getting my cars back to me when they promise. I used to live about 2 miles away from their shop and now I live 20 miles away, but I still continue go there. They treat me like family. Doug Hatridge more

I have been very satisfied. 3/31/2010

Susquehanna Auto Clinic has done great work for me. I was referred to them by a friend of mine and have used them 4 or 5 times now for auto repairs. They have replaced the evaporator coil for my AC as well as the rack and pinion steering. They have done an excellent job. Also, I can drop off my car there and they will drive me home. I have been very satisfied with Susquehanna Auto Clinic. more
