As a female, I am so pleased to have found an honest car repair shop! Sesquehanna Auto is so fantastic! They have always given me honest information about my car, fair options for repair, and parts and services at a reasonable price. When I take my car in to be fixed, SA just addresses the problem I am having with it. They don't try to find other things wrong with it just to get more money out of me like many other repair shops I have dealt with. I was kept informed about what was going on with my car the entire time SA had possession of it, and I was also given a clear explanation of my options so I could decide how I wanted them to proceed. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a very informative description of everything that was done to my car on the paperwork I received when I picked the car up. Everything I had discussed with SA on the phone was listed in detail, and I could clearly see what I was charged for, and how much it cost. Finally, the employees at SA are very kind and personable and always express gratitude for my business. I recommend Susquehanna Auto to anyone who will listen, and I will continue to take my vehicle there for all of my auto repair needs. more
