great fun sushi bar, the plates a re color coded and as they go around on a conveyor belt you pick them up, they have little signs that tell you what is in them and lots of stuff that has cooked options (like the lobster, shrimp and crawfish rolls if your scared or raw). we went once during happy hour and it wasnt THE freshest but still not bad, i recommend trying during regular dinner hours when they are constantly making and putting out new stuff. really nice waitresses. me and my boyfriend usually have a 50-70$ bill at miyako's downtown we can get good and full for about 30$ at choochoo. i like them also 'cause the plates have 4 pieces on them so you can try different things without wasting money if you dont like it.
Pros: good quality but cheap
