Ha ha ha. Reading the review below (dated 7/4/2008) is kindof hilarious, since the person cites all the reasons I love the sureshot: good music, unpretentious baristas and unassuming atmosphere. While the music at the Solstice may be a shade more refined, with higher production values and less rock, it is certainly no quieter. Sureshot has great decor and its a shame that this otherwise pleasant and appealing coffee shop is taken down by its loud grunge rock music line up and consistently unmotivated and unfriendly barista staff. I love this place. I come in here ALL THE TIME. I highly reccommend the Dirt Clod - it's like a white chocolate mocha with small chunks of Hershey's chocolate mixed in. They offer the standard fare of coffee and espresso drinks, along with featured teas, smoothies, snacks, and vegan pastries. There are internet kiosks available with purchase, and a gaming room, in addition to the large reading/front room as you walk in. There are plenty of comfortable seats all over, the owners are friendly, and the service is great. But bear in mind that debit cards are only accepted for purchases over $5.00 - so be aware! They have a frequent coffee card too, after a certain number of purchases you get a free drink. Highly reccommended. Pros: Drinks, Staff Cons: Don't take credit, for transactions, less than $5! more
