Responsive, reliable, efficient, honest, well spoken, bi-lingual, polite, clean and knowledgeable are a few of the words I would use to describe my experience with this company. I had previously tried to have three other companies come out and give me an estimate for what it would cost to fix my maytag refrigerator. One company never bothered to call or show up, the second was extremely inconsiderate because they wasted my entire day having been scheduled at 9 then continually rescheduling throughout the day, the third over gave me an outrageous estimate of over $800.00. When I called Superior Appliance Repair it was at the end of the day and sam (the owner) was still able to make it out and give me an estimate with only about an hour notice. While other companies were trying to tell me I needed a slew of new parts that would take hours to install, Sam quickly diagnosed that it was a simple repair that would cost under $400.00. He scheduled the repair at noon the very next day and was right on time. He finished the repair in under an hour. It was very refreshing to find someone that actually does business the right way for a change. I will most definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors, and would certainly use him again. more

These guys are great at making appointments, but terrible at keeping them. They no-showed me completely and left me sitting with around my apartment waiting for three hours. When I called the next day to find out what happened, I didn't get an apology, but I did get plenty of attitude. I secretly think the woman who answers their phones wants the company to go under, based on how she deals with potential customers. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! more

i live in park slope, new york. i thought I have to drop a couple of nice words in regards to superior Appliance Repair service, that fixed my frigidaire laundry washing machine yesterday, I have used this service before (couple of years ago to be exact). They fixed my refrigerator then and it is still running perfectly. I was not disappointed this time either. The repairman, steve, came on time and was very efficient and friendly. It took him less than 30 min to fix my machine (luckily he had all parts in his van). Very good service. Fair price. Nice attitude. I highly recommend these guys! more
