A great much needed yoga studio in Northwest Austin 8/17/2008

My fellow Northwest Austinites- we finally have a fabulous yoga studio in our neighborhood. I have been waiting for this place to open for months and they finally opened their doors last week. Let me just say it was well worth the wait. This place is incredible. You walk inside and it feels like you are in a spa in Hawaii. I took the Metal class yesterday with Michael - wow. They also have really cute HardTail yoga clothes (hard to find anywhere else in town). I am totally sold on the place. Pros: Beautiful, clean, and great instructors (I love you Michael!) more

Beautiful New Yoga Studio - and so clean! 8/17/2008

I stumbled upon Sunstone Yoga just last week. Let me begin by saying the place is beautiful and so clean you could eat off the floors. The owner and instructors are so friendly and welcoming which was really important for me as a yoga newbie. I did the Fire class (hot yoga) first and it was awesome. The next day I tried the Earth class and it was completely different, but equally as awesome. They have something like 5 different classes under 1 roof. I suggest you check this place out before the word gets out and it gets too crowded. Pros: beautiful clean studio, wonderful instructors, free mat and towels! Cons: NONE! more

Best Yoga in TOwn 8/15/2008

Sunstone Yoga, is the most welcoming yoga studio I have ever been to. It is awesome for the advanced yogi to the very beginner practitioner. I would highly recomment this studio to anyone intrerested in yoga. more

Focused positive energy 8/13/2008

My body physically craves yoga: the sweat, the release and the wonderful feeling of accomplishment at the end of class. I have come to a place now where my mind and spirit crave it as well; to bring in and share positive energy with my classmates, to be calm, focused, and to give to others what I learn in class. Pros: New location, they have several around texas so if you travel you can use it wisely more
