Sunspot Vacation Rentals

We rented a property in Leavenworth , WA from Seattle Sunspot Vacation Rentals. DO not rent from this Company!!! They will NOT give you your security deposit back!!! they will not call you back! they will not explain why you were overcharged, they will not be nice to you after your rent is over!!! they will not answer the phone after they know your phone number. They will lie to you! I called to get our security deposit back, and first rep. told me we should get everything back because everything looks good, another told me we are not getting it back because house was dirty. ( LIE!!!) we left it spotless!! washed the dishes, put away all the toys, made our beds, did everything what contract told us to do and we still did not get our money back!!! more

I just wanted to give a Huge compliment to the staff@Chateau Timberline!! They were absolutely wonderful , as well as our accommodations. We will definitely be returning. Thanks to them again!! more

We loved the property, it was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. It had everything we needed. We loved the kitchen, the location, the size of the rooms, the hot tub, the visiting elk, everything. We will be back! more

There are so many things wrong with this company, from their absurd rental contract to their cancellation policy... and much more. Do yourself a favor and find another vacation rental. They have a well deserved ?F? rating with the Better Business Bureau and have had to pay $$$ restitution to the WA State Attorney General?s office. Search the web for complaints and read for yourself. King 5 and Kiro 7 both did consumer reports on Sunspots last year.
