StorSafe provides easy access to your things. I've been using them since they've opened, and really appreciate that everyone there is so knowledgeable and know exactly what they have available, the pricing and anything else a customer needs to know. I'm in Real Estate, so naturally I work with a lot of people who are moving. If I'm staging a house and we need to store some of their things, Nathan and everybody at StorSafe is so quick to work with me and my clients on both short term and long term bases. Clean, safe and EXCELLENT service 4/5/2010

I have never had any difficulty accessing the unit regardless of the day or time. It is well lit and clean. There are many dollies available to help move your items to be stored. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have our unit fee charged directly to our credit card each month and when I forgot to inform StorSafe that the number of the card changed the manager and I spoke and he cleared up the matter professionally and with no late fee for me. I appreciate the attention to detail and the email of my receipt and updates each month. more

Excellent Service 3/3/2010

We rent two units from StorSafe, a large one and a smaller, temp control. Both spaces are easily accessible with 24 hour availabilty and the Customer Service is quite outstanding. We originally moved to StorSafe because it was closer to our home but that's not the only reason we've stayed. more

StorSafe Baton Rouge is very hands-on and goes above and beyond in their customer service. I have been using them for a little more than a year now and they are great people to work with. The facility is clean and you never feel that security is an issue. As a small business owner, I appreciate that they are available when I call them and that they will call me if there are any problems that I need to be aware of. As far as deliveries go, they will receive things for me, which allows me to continue working and not have to be on site to sign for something. I am very pleased with their service. more

StorSafe serves my needs. 12/17/2009

I needed a big place to store my boat and saw StorSafe Baton Rouge when I was driving by one day. I have been using them for 2 years now because they are close to my house and everything is concrete. It keep my 35-ft. boat dry. My experience with them has been good...it serves my needs. more
