We are very pleased to have a checkout of our systems as we face the summer. We found out the we needed to replace an inexpensive item for air conditioner. We also found out that even though we have a fairly new looking duct system, we could use redoing it, not sealed well and too small capacity air flow. I felt like the service took the systems seriously. I felt like we were at the auto service center, details I was unaware. Thorough service call. Thank you Sam. Delightful, personable, honest. Took time to show how easy Bryant app was to use! more

Extraordinary plumbing faucet repair. 2/1/2016

I have installed in one of the bathrooms a hot and cold plumbing source. The appliance installed was of a South American manufacture which workable parts unfortunately was secured by glass mirror. It sprung a hot water leak. James arrived to hopefully fix the problem, assuring me that it was not necessary to break the mirror to get at the works. He unsecured the turning tap. saw the part that had to be replaced, told me what it was, whereupon, after much detective work with suppllers, I located such in a Chicago plumbing facility. I received the part in the mail, phoned Stewart Heating and they sent James again to carry out the repair, which he did with great experience and good nature and an enjoyable personality Thank you, very much James more

When I made the appointment for my furnace to be serviced, I explained that I needed someone to come as early as possible so I could go to work. Then I hoped for the best. Don showed up, bright and early. He was a true professional - courteous, thorough and efficient. I am all set for the winter - thanks to Don! more

Great Service 7/13/2015

Had an air conditioner emergency and Jamie at Stewart got in touch on a weekend in the middle of the night to help remedy the problem over the phone. He then showed up first thing on Monday to fix the problem. He was very pleasant to work with, explained the problem thoroughly and fixed the problem. Overall was very impressed with the responsiveness and overall customer service. more

Air Cond. check up 5/7/2015

Sergio showed up promptly for my appointment. He did complete check up on my air cond unit outside as well as checking inside unit. Put in a new filter and used a device to check all my vents to make sure working properly. Very knowledgeable about heater unit also. He explained everything to me and made me feel safer knowing professionals are at work for me. Would recommend Stewart Heating and Air to friends. Very high quality in their products and services and personnel. more

We feel comfortable having him service our equipment, as he is efficient, very clear about what he finds and provides several options we might follow if he does find a problem. He is an excellent technician, very personable, very respectful of our property and belongings, as well as very efficient in the time he spends inspection and reparing our equipment. We will have him back anytime. more

Rich was very professional and knowledge about the company's product and services. Jesus and Sam was equally professional and knowledgeable about the system that was installed. They answered every question I had. They cleaned up after the install and hauled away all trash. I would highly recommend this company for their product, professionalism and great price. Alfred was on time and did a thorough analysis of our heater problem. He was very attentive in making sure we understood all the tests he was performing, and what they meant in correcting the problem with our furnace. The work space was left clean and neat. more

Semi-Annual Furnace Maintenance 11/6/2014

Sergio arrived on time with a very pleasant and professional greeting. He knew what to do (cleaned the filters better than I had seen before); checked the furnace operation; checked the output temperature at each register; checked the inputs; explained his results and left a copy along with the invoice.
