WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE\r \r I have taken my Lincoln MKS twice to this location, and the level of service has been less then acceptable.\r this dealer over charges for all their services, I have shopped them at other dealers and they are aways higher.\r \r my last visit on 03.19.2014 they said I needed a certain part for my car and that it wasn't covered and it would cost almost 700.00 , I took it to another dealer and they found they the part they stated was mis diagnosed so it made it hard for me to get it covered because stevens Lincoln had already reported it as a different diagnosis after a long journey the extended warranty sent out an inspector and covered the part. but It was a big mess and time consuming to get it covered. needless to say be very careful when trusting this dealer. more

I went to five Ford dealers through out CT,finally I found one that was upfront and honest with me. I ended up purchasing the 2011 gt 500 what a car!! Shawn C the salesperson was great and new the vehicle entirley. I will definitley refer all friends and family to Stevens Ford of Milford. more

These people are horrible! I purchased my vehicle through them and since they are an authorized dealer I was bringing it to them to be repaired. In April 2010, I brought it in for an oil change and 90,000 mile maintenance, spent $1000. I then again had to bring it back in a month later for the transmission and the a/c to be fixed, I spent $4500. I again brought it back in a month later because the a/c still was not working. I spent another $500 to have it fixed. Exactly a week later it was still not working properly, bought it back to be repaired. They are giving me the run around wanting to charge hundreds of dollars again for it to be repaired! The management and owner of the company is absolutely horrible! They are the biggest crooks I have ever had to deal with! Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend anyone going to there for anything! Seems like they just like to take peoples money and not fix things, or help their customers! I will be getting a lawyer to file a suit against this company!
