Specifically, I needed one part, a new bumper for a Jeep and eventually, on day three, they got to place the order. Then only a half day to install, but the three extra days without a car was unnecessary. more

Got me a ride after the cut off time. 3/23/2014

The staff are very friendly and I appreciated the effort to get me a ride back after the cut off time of 3pm. They took care in covering the seat and floor mats however the down side is there were greasy finger prints on the exterior of the door. Not the end of the world however a bit careless. more

90k services & thermostat issue 3/23/2014

I have been bringing my truck to your dealership for the past 3 year. I brought my truck in this past week for my 90k services. I also wanted them to look into an issue that had occurred once in the past week where the temperature gage in my dashboard never came off of cold while driving. It took 2 days to complete the 90k service and to replace my thermostat. I was told that the thermostat failed some test and it would need to be replaced, this made sense to me since the temp gauge didn't seem to be working. After two days, i was told my truck was done and everything was good to go. Since then, while driving my truck in the afternoons, the temperature gauge has not come off of cold. I paid $1200 for a 90k service and another $150 for a thermostat which apparently wasn't the problem. Did i even need to replace this if it didn't fix my problem? I would like to bring my truck in to get this fixed, but I feel a bit cheated that I paid for something that I may not have needed and that didn't fix my problem. I am sure I will have to pay another $100+ dollars to bring it in and "find" the problem, + parts and labor to fix it. I am not a happy customer right now, and may be looking for a new place to get my car serviced. more

Time abuse 3/19/2014

I had an appointment for my jeeps 1st oil change since purchase last year. They rotated the tire too. Arrived at 10:00am, jeep was ready at 11.00am and then it took 20 minutes for the paperwork to make it to the Cashier. I stood there after an hour wait, waiting another 20 minutes for paperwork on a Jeep that had only an oil change and 4 tires rotated. Everyone is very nice but Seriously! An appointment ! 20 minutes on top of it for paper work too show up while I'm staring at my Rubicon 30 ft away and ready! Come on folks. You have organization issues. This is not an attack on the mechanics or your people skills. This is a breakdown in a system that advertises express service and the most simple of services took 1 hour to expidite and then could spit out the paper. Sorry guys but this is the way I saw it. Finally a very nice lady walked into the waiting area and said is anyone here waiting to long. I said to her, that's my jeep sitting out there and the cashier is waiting for paperwork so I can pay you and leave. It was about 5-10 minutes from that point I was able to pay and leave. Appointment, express service, oil change, rotate tires, 1 1/2 hours are all key points here. I'm 61 years old and have never written a review like this in my life. I bought my Rubicon last year from this dealership and this was my first experience with waiting in your service Dept. I guess I should schedule a ride next time. more
