Quick and friendly service 8/26/2014

Poor customer service and extremely unpleasant & rude staff .. I asked for details for services done under 15k service and manager told me its all done .. I asked why was it not mentioned on my service receipt and he answered 'its all there .. You just have to believe me coz you won't even know if I did even oil change' .. Will never go back to this place again .. more

Car caring staffs take time to explain the technical issues with cars. One great addition to this place would be a children play area and toys to engage the kids during waiting time as there are not any recreational place for kids at a walking distance. more
