Efficient, Friendly and very reasonable 9/20/2013

I arrived in the morning and was greeted very warm by the receptionist and within a minute or so the service adviser, Brian greeted me and asked me what i wanted to be done to my car. no pressure, no selling extras, he offered me a shuttle ride if I needed one. My car was ready within a couple of hours and clean when i returned. Staff were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I am very satisfied with my experience and will go back again. more

I love my experience at Stevens Creek Hyundai. The staff and salesmen there are very helpful, friendly and the prices of the maintenance work is also very reasonable. The best thing is that i got my Hyundai Sonata 2013 recently from there at a very good deal. more

While the repair took longer than anticipated, everything worked out okay. The tech that I spoke with was very friendly and I was able to get everything taken care of via the warranty, including the ability to rent a vehicle for the few days that I was without my car. more

When I buy a car they promised free maintenance because of their mistakes and my inconvenience. But when I actually requested that.. The response was I cannot remember so.. I don't know and I will not do that for you! more
