Efficient service (mostly) 3/22/2014

Service was very efficient, except when the car was finished. No one thought to come get me in the waiting area even though I was asked if I would be waiting and then was directed to the waiting area. I waited an extra 40+ minutes that I shouldn't have had to. I would have given them 5 stars if this hadn't happened. more

One of the advisor who took my veracruz was too bad. I do not remember his name, but he seems he is the youngest one among the advisors. I am warning you to avoid him for your services. more

Your service is good and timely as scheduled. However, I would suggest the waiting room to be improved, making it brighter and put current newspapers and magazines in the room and better TV set and a better coffee & tea station and snacks the same as Honda , Toyota service centers. more

I've only been in for routine service - no problems at all with the car - but this crew is super friendly and thorough. I used to dread take previous makes in for work but Stevens Creek Hyundai is a joy. After my lease is up I expect to get another car here, and the service department is a big part of that. more

Nightmarish drop off, impersonal and inattentive service technicians (especially the counter person) makes it seem like wee are being held hostage by Hyundai to have our vehicle worked on here. Below average is a stretch and the start to finish of the process is the pits. more
