This guy wants a 30-day guarantee for his pets?? Whatever. I've had Steven's ChemDry in my apartment twice now (first time was Groupon), and they totally rock. They were real clear that they ""might not"" be able to get rid of existing stains, but they sure did. Carpet looks better than when I moved in. I LOVE these guys. Just be careful: specials and advertised prices are for basic service only; if you want add-ons (deep cleaning, deordorizing, scotchguard) you will pay extra, as is to be expected. Plan to pay for what you need, and you will not be surprised or disappointed. I will use nothing but Steven's Chem-Dry for all of my carpet needs.\r --peteg more

Stay Away 10/5/2011

Hired them to clean to carpets and pretreat pet stains. They pretreated one day and cleaned the carpets the next. Contrary to what I expected they would not move furniture and guaranteed that the pet stains would be gone. The pet stains were gone for a period of time but recently showed back up. When I called the company to find out they would do anything about it, they said it was more than 30 days (it was actually 40) and they didn't guarantee things forever. I asked him where on the receipt it said work was only guaranteed work for 30 days and their only response was it's on the website, since I had never seen the website, I wouldn't know that since the 30 day limit was not on the receipt and it was never mentioned by the servicemen.
