Prepare to be ignored if you are older, or out of shape. I recently decided to get back in shape after many years of being a couch potato. I pulled a very dusty bike out of the garage and saw I needed to repair it. I had heard great things about Stevens and even though it was not the closest shop, headed over there. It was a week day afternoon and the shop was not busy. I stood at the counter, wandered around, even stood right next to two employees who were discussing weekend plans and was ignored totally. At 6'2'' 280 pounds they had to work to not see me. I left the shop cash in hand and drove to another shop where they gladly took my money. I will never go back! more

If in town stop by 6/25/2010

Anywhere I can take my sons bike and get it fixed it quick is a plus. The man was great to talk to and worked on it right there and fixed his handlebars and tightened them up and sent us on our way. Recommendations were made to make my son safer. more

This is the best bike shop around! Always ready to help! 5/2/2008

When I went into their shop I didn't know what to expect. Much to my surprise they were the most friendly people! They explained everything and left nothing to chance. I purchased my bike and a cart, again they went over everything. On leaving I was told there was a life time adjustment on everything on the bike. Now I am going to purchase my wife a bike there. Can't beat the prices and the service and the friendly smiles. Pros: Thumbs up no drawbacks good parking in back! The best! more

Very Outgoing 11/19/2006

Customer service is key as a specialty shop, and these guys know how to do it. If you've never ridden a bike before or are a vet these guys and gals are quick to offer suggestions, and not the most expensive ones in store either. They are truly there to get you onto the bike that you tell them that you want, pricing, fit and regular use. Much better than the other local competitor! more
