HELLO MY NAME IS MRS. LOU H. MILBOOK, ON 07-10 & 11-2015 I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY BRAND NEW A/C THAT WAS INSTALLED 05/01/2014. IT JUST WASN'T COOLING. I HAD TO CALL AAA SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE I WASN'T HOME NOR MY SON TO LET THEM INSIDE THE GATE TO DO THE WORK THAT WAS REQUESTED. WHEN I CHECKED MY PHONE I HAD NOTICED AT LEASE 3 MISSED CALLS FROM AAA MODERN AIR. FINALLY I CALLED AND REQUESTED SERVCE FOR MONDAY BETWEEN 12NOON & 3;00PM BUT BECAUSE WE ALMOST SUFFOCATED SATURDAY NIGHT I CALL BACK FOR A SUNDAY SERVICE. I LOVE CHURCH AND GOING SO I WENT AND LEFT EARLIER SO I WOULD'NT MISS THE TECHNICIAN AGAINT. SO ANY WAY MY TECHNICIAN NAME WAS MIKE HE CHECKED THE SOUND THAT THE A/C WAS MAKING AND THOUGHT THAT WAS THE PROBLEM BUT WHEN HE FOLLOW UP ON HIS INTERMISSION HE FOUND WATER IN THE FLOAT SWITCH AND THAT'S WHY THE A/C WAS SHUTING DOWN. MIKE BLOW OUT THE LINE, & CHECKED THE SYSTEM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. EVERYTHING BEGAN TO WORK VERY WELL ACCORDLY. THE EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL OUT AMOUNT WAS APPLIED TO MY PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND THE DIFFERENCES WAS PAID BY PHONE ON 07-14-2015. Nothing can explain better then awesome people , fast , very informative , they been answer my every single questions , very very clean and polite workers. They know exactly what they are doing , 3000 sq ft home two units and all duct work in less than 2'5 day. They clean after them every single place , no sign any damage , any dust . I own them huge thanks for my happiness and cold air, strongly recommended for all Florida residents and more clients . Big thanks for duct workers , specially because was really really hot , and they did perfect job without any questions , I'm impressed how tough and same time nice and polite people they are. Words can't describe my positive experience , I add I check before 5 different companies , price was much higher, and people less trustful since a beginning , they known I don't have any knowledge about air conditioning and they try over charge me , for simple reem units for example 17 k , or for super duper system 21 k which is non sense to install . After many conversations with my good friend from Illinois who got hears expirience Bryant units are good to service , good to maintaine , and cheap in exploitation . To make that short , ....... Just go try it more

Eric did a great job on April 6th diagnosing the problem from Saturday correctly. Too bad he wasn't the one Saturday or we wouldn't have spent an Easter weekend with no air. Brunner was very nice and thorough on April 7th replacing the coils. more

I called on Tuesday because my A/C was apparently failing. Still worked, but was making weird sounds and didn't cool as usual. I spoke to Louie and he said the first appointment available was Friday morning from 9 to 12. I agreed. I called 9 AM on Friday to confirm they were coming. I was told by a lady that I was the 3rd appointment scheduled. I then waited, waited, waited. 11:45 AM got a call fro Louie to tell me he was ""trying to help other customers"" and he cancelled my appointment. Said he could send somebody later in the afternoon (until 6 PM) but not in the morning. First time in my life than an A/C Company cancels an appointment at the last minute.\r \r I was super upset and intended to never use this Company again. Around 3 PM I got a call from Tony, the Supervisor, who apologized and told me that things happen...they got backed up and Louie thought that my issue was not so urgent. But added that he wanted to make it up to me. So he was going to send the best technician...the supervisor technician, and since my unit was still under warranty he would take care of everything at no cost.\r \r Mike came at about 6 PM. Mike seemed to me extremely competent and knowledgeable. He used several instruments to check temperatures and pressures. He checked the Compressor and the evaporator. He noticed that there was in fact an issue with the A/C but said it could be several things. He called Tony and then told me that they decided to change the evaporator coil for a totally new one, at NO COST to me.\r \r The next day Mike came at around 1:30 PM and worked very hard for maybe 4 hours. At the end I had a brand new evaporator coil. He didn't even want to accept a tip. The unit was now working perfectly and I had to pay nothing. Furthermore, earlier that day Tony told me that because of my initial disappointment not only I would not pay for anything, but he would also add one more year of a $150 maintenance program for free.\r \r CONCLUSION: This Company initially made a mistake, but they surely solve the issue to my complete satisfaction and then some. I now highly recommend this Company. If you have any problem, call them and ask to talk to Tony. more

I purchased 2 trane systems from AAA Modern Air two months ago and it has been the best experience I have had with a contractor. The installation went perfect and they gave me the best package deal of anyone! My FPL bill has also went down comparing to the same time last year. Hands down great company!!!
