Worst haircut And color I have ever had in my entire life. I walked in with beautiful blonde hair longer than halfway down my back and walked out with GRAY hair that was cut straight across like a novice stylist cut a twelve year olds hair and butchered layers that fell haphazard and wrong and charged $150 for the atrocity. Lindsay seemed to just pick up random sections of hair with no rhyme or style in mind and hack off my hair. Lindsay blamed me for her hack job saying it was what I described and her solution she offered was the grey would wash out after a few washes and the layers admittedly she cut too short n needed to grow. She also blamed my color on my "water" instead of accepting responsibility for the horrible cut n color .. I have never before pulled up grey hair and have been a cool blonde for over 5 yrs. I did not receive a refund or discount of any kind. When I called for an appt I stressed I wanted an experienced stylist and apparently I got whoever had an opening. There seem to be many great stylists at this salon so I would not deter others from visiting as well as the helpful receptionists who were very pleasant and welcoming, however, I would not recommend Lindsay. I worked at an upscale salon for 6 years and never would we have allowed a client to leave in such disappointment without offering an adequate solution or refund/discount of some sort. Paying $150 to butcher my hair cut AND color and proffer only time as the solution is unacceptable
