Beautiful place to buy a piano. Nice folks that seem to know their stuff. I liked the Steinway pianos but found a Kohler Campbell grand that fit my pocketbook and sounded great.

Worst

A few years back I spent almost $30,000 on a Boston grand piano from their gallery. I received a salesman's call later which amounted to a browbeating about why I should upgrade ...

Nice Place - Great Pianos 11/11/2009

The salesman took lots of time to answer questions about pianos. No high pressure at all. If you want to know more about pianos before getting one....this is the place to learn. The best piano store I have been to. Pros: Lots of Pianos, Good Prices, Professional salesperson more

My experience with Steinway Pianos was very good. The sales person was very polite and not pushy at all. He educated us on the different models available and the pros and cons of each. Our visit was very enjoyable and informative. more

This is the best piano dealership in the city with the most knowledgable sales representatives. The selection of pianos is impressive with all of the different brands and variety of finishes. I felt I would find the perfect piano for our home and we did. We purchased a beautiful Steinway grand piano and couldn't be happier with our decision. We were so well informed by our salesman that it made our buying decision easy. The delivery men were very respectful and careful with our new purchase. more

What nerve ?! 6/21/2006

A few years back I spent almost $30,000 on a Boston grand piano from their gallery. I received a salesman's call later which amounted to a browbeating about why I should upgrade to a larger piano and how unsatisfied I should be with my current one, which is 6'4". Talk about jerks. more

PUSHY!!!! 9/28/2005

Although this piano gallery has lots of cool pianos to choose from, I vowed not to ever buy a piano from them soley on the pushy-ness of the salesman. Everywhere else I went to look at pianos the salesmen were very helpful and more interested in finding the right piano for ME, whether it was at their store or not. However here, the salesman was your typical car salesman type trying to get me to buy a $20k piano "today." PROS: lots to look at CONS: pushy sales more
