Can't Believe I'm Giving A Towing Company A Good Review 3/18/2012

Liking towing in Austin TX is like feeling good about a funeral home. Not something that I want to be around often. Either way, I called for a towing quote, which was cheap, and the driver came out for the tow very quickly. He got me to where I needed to go quickly, so I appreciated this towing company for not taking advantage of me and I will call them again. Nice work Steel Towing... more

Yep, A Gooder 2/7/2012

I gotta tell ya, it's never easy or fun getting a towing Austin TX company to come get you. They take forever, the drivers always look like they just finished 25 to life, and when they upcharge you, you're frightened into paying. Not my experience with Steel Towing. Found them at steeltowingaustintx and called. Pleasant. Got there fast. I wasn't intimidated into emptying my bank account to them. Good service. Thx Steel Towing for a good Austin tow. more

This Was A Good Austin Towing Service 1/14/2012

Needing an Austin towing service is never good. Calling a towing Austin Texas company always seems to feel like I'm being bent over. Not with these guys. I was given a very good Austin TX towing quote after I checked out their website, steeltowingaustintx com and gave them a call. They held true to their word and didn't try to overcharge me. Find good towing in Austin TX can be difficult, but I think I just found my new tow truck company here. more

Believe It Or Not, 1/7/2012

I liked it. I wasn't expecting it. I was expecting to call one of these towing services Austin Texas and get ripped off. They actually treated me right. They didn't give me a quote and show up and be one of these towing companies Austin Texas that makes up some bs and charges you more. So, next time I need an Austin tow (hopefully not anytime soon), I'll give these guys a ring. more

Not Bad, Not Bad... 1/1/2012

Had a tow from these guys earlier today when my car broke down near downtown. The driver got there relatively fast and it didn't cost me a fortune. Definitely one of the better towing companies Austin Texas has. If I need another towing service Austin Texas, I'll use these guys. more

Just Had A Tow From These Guys 12/26/2011

The day after Xmas, the last thing you want to have happen is to need a tow. Well, I broke down on 183 tonight near the airport and looked on City Search and found these guys. I'm used to the usual bs associated with any of these towing companies Austin Texas has, so I was pleasantly surprised at the rate I got. I will definitely call again, but hopefully I won't need it. more

Finally, a Good Towing Company In Austin, TX 12/26/2011

After having my car break down for the umpteenth time and getting robbed by the other Austin Texas towing companies, it was nice to finally stumble on Steel Towing. They showed up well before they said they would and didn't charge me an arm or leg. Actually, it was one of the best Austin TX towing quotes I've ever received. So, if you're looking for a decent tow service in Austin, TX , don't hesitate to call these guys. more

One of the few honest towing companies 12/20/2011

I called this place late one night when my car would not start, these guys arrived in 15 min. The truck was nothing fancy but it got the job done and it was so cheap. I was fully expecting to pay an arm and a leg at that time of night, but it was actually a very fair price. Thanks Steel Towing your a life saver! more
