Tommy was the first person I spoke with when I called, what a friendly guy! I spoke with him for 20 min. about my sons allergies and asthma and mine as well. I told him about our inhalers and how allergic we are to pets and particular molds. He assured me he would have the guys take good care of us, cleaning and sterilizing all the equipment used to clean the carpets before they got here. He said they would be able to handle the job no problem! If he would have been honest, he would have told me that they don't clean the equipment at the end of the day or in between jobs. I came home to the entire place smelling like a wet dog and the carpet took FOUR days to dry. I called to complain and once again had polite people on the phone telling me the equipment would be clean and they would re-clean the carpets. Ben came to "re-clean" the carpets, I checked his equipment and it had pet hair stuck all over it! I asked him to clean it, so he sprayed it off. He took the equipment to my room and I noticed more pet hair stuck to the equipment. Ben took his vacuum and vacuumed it off and said with a harsh voice..."That's all I'm going to clean this for you, get your kid out of here and let me do my job". I then told him to leave my home. If they weren't able to do the job they said they could do on the phone, they should have been honest and I would have chosen someone else. It would have saved, them, myself, and my son going through all of this mess! Steve was no help at all either.
