i lovedd statewide. i got the cleanest benz convertible and everything. my dad was happy to buy for me too. Hes happy with the car and i rllyyy am too. I havent had any problems but i got in an accident lol but thats my own fault cant blame them.oh and i saw the finesttt guy there;). more

I am so grateful for statewide. With my credit no one gave me the time of day but they actually stuck to their word and gave me a chance. Rather than being so focused on the negatives they should be focused on the opportunity this company gives to people so unfortunate like me. more

Buyer Beware!!!!!!! Look at the three 5 star reviews below. All were made on the same day. Really? Look them up on the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs websites for the truth. I purchased a beautiful car with bad credit and I was thankful for that. I took my car in for a major problem several times and each time they told me it was fixed but it wasn't. I question if they did anything. The last time I took it in(for the original problem) they told me that my 4 month warrenty was expired. Since I had no paper work to prove I ever took it in I am out of luck. So far I am out $3000.00. Now that beautiful car sits up a lot broken down. I know I had bad credit but now I have a broken down car with a huge car note. The interest rate is sky high. This is my horror story but there are worse. man statewide rlly did me a favor. no one would help me out with a loan or a car and they did. they didnt care about my credit cuz mine is the worst and i left with a sik beemer. :) more

they do what they say they will. they didnt care for my credit which is unbelievable, no one would finance me and they actually did. i am so thankful for their services. by the way they have nice cars on the lot more

Man statewide is so good! They really hooked me up with a nice car and didn't bother me with my credit. it was soo easy. if they would give me a car then you know they will help anyone out. my whole family goes to statewide for a car and you need to go too. more

I had some credit challenges and they went above and beyond for me. They worked with my problems and lowered my payments despite my credit history after my divorce. I will return to statewide for my next car purchase, no matter what! more

Purchased a car here recently for my fiancee and the person that assisted us was excellent, very thorough and upfront the entire time. They didnt hassle me at alllll about my credit. The buying process was practically painless and ""fun"". We enjoyed the car so much that ended up buying another for myself about 3 weeks later !!!!! Talk about customer retention, you can't go wrong there !!!!!!! We both took our cars in for service recently, oh boy the service is that you would have expected from a first class resort. We were promptly taken care of and pampered every step of the way by all the service personnels there. We've been to other dealerships that claim they would finance ""anyone"" but statewide really did! more

I tried to get financed at like 5-6 different dealerships and they all kept turning me down. Credit card companies wouldnt even give me a credit line\r for $500 dollars. I thought statewide was like other dealerships but they ended financing me $30,000\r dollars with a 4 year term. I couldnt believe it. The\r car had some minor window rolling up problems but\r I brought it back to them and they fixed it for free.\r Have had the car for 1 year now and everything has been going smoothe. Im thinking about upgrading it soon to a newer version. I highly recommend this company! more

I purchased a vehicle from these ppl and it has been one nightmare after the other. The car needed a new engine within 3 months I had to pay 1800 bucks it. It was in thier service shop for a toal of 7 weeks, within 5 mnths of buying the car. The friendly sales ppl, told me it was my problem and I signed to pay whether the car worked or not. In addition to paying for a new engine, I ended up taking my car to dealer to make repairs they stated they made and had to pay an additional $1100 bucks. I've had the car for 7 months now. Also, be warned the cars have tracking devices that they dont tell you about. Pros: have cash - get car Cons: prepare to pay extra - they cars have tracking devices more

BUYER BEWARE.......RUN DON'T WALK!I I recognize that Statewide offers financing for those who have credit woes and hence the mind blowing APR's. That's unfortunately the price many of us have to pay for our credit circumstances. However, beyond that, the customer service offered once you make a purchase is ZERO to NONE. Made a purchase two weeks ago and the car has been in their ""shop"" for a week. I honestly don't think they even check the cars out before they put them up for sale. It almost seems like they buy the cars, give them a sub-par wash and stick them directly on their lot. Communication is horrible, at best, and with no loaners, car rental assistance and their location you may find yourself stuck if you ever (which it seems most will) need these unserviced car repaired. I guess some of their clients have been LUCKY but during my ""service"" attempt at least (3) new owners having made their purchase less than three weeks prior, like myself, are having major issues getting their automobile repaired. Two of the three cars will no longer even start which is over and above the reason they were seeking service in the first place. I am being told now that my car will need to be towed to the dealership..... Other, but not all, issues are: advertised down payment of approximately ""30%"" should be correctly restated as approximately ""35%"" and the ""we don't run credit"" is a BOLDFACE lie! It may not be used in determining whether they finance or not but it is simply untrue. They can keep the barbeque. I'd rather have honesty and a well serviced auto. I would give them ZERO OUT OF FIVE stars if it was possible! Pros: Will finance most when others may not Cons: Worst customer service, unskilled repair shop, and ......... more
