We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate everything you have done to help us. We feel that you have gone above and beyond. We appreciate how fast you came to our rescue the morning of December 1st, when we called you. We also appreciate how fast you acted in getting ServiceMaster there to get the water out of our home, which would have lead to more damage. Thank you for your help in getting us the information needed to contact the claims manager. This was a major help in solving some outstanding issues. Thank you also for your support in keeping in contact and keeping us up to date on everything. Living out of state, this really meant a lot. We feel that you treated this situation as if this was your own home. We prayed that God would send us the right people to take care of our home during this time, while we were unable to be there and we feel that He truly answered our prayers, once again.
