State Farm Raleigh Insurance - Chad Richards

For five years I have been living in an apartment and every other month I had been receiving mail from State Farm located on 5300 Six Forks rd. in Raleigh. Although I have written several times and have asked to be removed from their mailing lists and even have had a response from one of the ladies I have written to saying that she would see that my name be removed (I have her response still), I have yet to be removed from their mailing list and I especially have been getting mail from Chad Richards of whom I have complained to and about the most via his website, of which he has refused to respond but continue to bombard my regular mail with his solicitations. Due to the last five years of this I will NEVER switch to State Farm because if they can't respect my request to simply remove my name from their list and continue to send me mail especially under Chad's name then I find it a personal attack upon me and cannot and will not trust the company that he represents. more

I moved from Raleigh from out of state and I was recommended to Chad Richards from a friend. Once I signed up with his office, I received a call from him to check in on me and make sure my move went well. He also said ""If you ever get lost in this new city, feel free to give me a call and I'd be happy to help. I know what it's like to need help in a new city"". It wasn't his comments that meant so much to me, it was that Chad did not have to do that and it really showed me that he truly cares about his clients, we aren't just a number to him. \r Chad has helped me a couple of times with insurance questions or a possible claim and each time he has been completely sincere and I enjoy being a client of his. I would recommend Chad Richards to anyone in the Raleigh area. more
