Worst

There are not enough spaces provided here to tell you all how awful I think this place is. They have no selection, only catalogs to order from. Then they won't take a return claim...

The absolute best! 9/25/2011

When I purchased my new car and asked my mechanic, people at work, and neighbors where to go for a remote starter and added electronics to my Mercedes, everyone bragged about Starlander Beck. They were very professional and extremely helpful in selecting the best products for me. They are truly the best. more

Exceeded my expectations! 6/27/2011

Starlander Beck Inc. definitely exceeded my expectations. My goal was to come in and to have accessories installed on my work truck. I really had no expectations, it was for work. The final result is a truck that could win car shows! They were able to meticulously fabricate and install everything I need for work from tool boxes, to a work bench to an extra battery all in a cosmetic fashion while maintaining room to accommodate everything that needed to go in there for my work. Used them for over 25 years 4/8/2011

I've had pleasant experiences at Starlander and Dianne is extremely knowledgable, courteous and friendly. Their pricing is competitive,service is professional and products are outstanding. I have brought 4 vehicles in for alarms and remote start systems and have never been disapointed! It's a reassuring feeling that Starlander Beck has been business for almost 40 years and have weathered all types of economies. You can count on them being around in the future. more

There are several other dealers I could deal with, but I keep going back to Starlander Beck! 3/28/2011

Starlander Beck's service is amazing, and I've been dealing with them all these years for that reason. When I send something over there to get repaired, they get it done, and I've never had any issues. There are probably six different dealers I could deal with, but I keep going back to Starlander Beck because I always have good luck with them. They've been in business for a long time, and to me that's important. Some other shops come and go. I think I've been dealing with them now probably between 15 and 20 years, and that's saying a lot! Like I said, people in this business, they come and go, but Starlander Beck has been around for a long while, and with good reason! RESPONSE FROM Starlander Beck Inc.: You seem more than satisfied with Starlander Beck, but I don't understand why we only received "one star". more

Very satisfied 3/10/2011

I initially started using Starlander Beck because I'd heard good things about them. It has been 5 to 10 years now and I continue to use them because they are friendly and they do good quality work. They did an auto start and a stereo installation for me and everything turned out very good. more

Excellent products and fast, friendly service. 3/7/2011

We have very big, custom vehicles, and Starlander Beck is the only place we go to install, or take anything out, of our vehicles. With my husband's custom pickup truck, we can't just trust anybody to drill holes and do what they do! For anything we need done, their service and their items are impeccable. Car customization. 11/23/2005

I'm not too into the whole customizing your car scene and they had lots of items and services that I didn't really need, but that other people might like so check them out. I can say that they are very good about installing radios and reccomending good ones. They show you how to use it, and installation is fast and not too expensive. more
