Jesse and the team at St. Bernard's are amazing!!!
I received a snowboard, boots, and bindings as a gift for Christmas, and although I ride, I had no idea how to put my bindings on my board. I brought my board into St. Bernard's expecting some employee to reluctantly spend maybe ten minutes throwing my bindings on and send me on my way, but I was pleasantly surprised. Jesse had helped me pick out and purchase gloves on a previous occasion and he seemed very kind and knowledgeable so I was ecstatic to see that he was the one who would be helping me with my board.
Jesse not only put my bindings on, he showed me every step so that I could do it myself if necessary, he adjusted my bindings to fit my boots, gave me a custom boot fitting, heated my boot liners to help break them in, and spent an hour and half (even stayed past closing) sharing his knowledge about how to care for my board. As if all of this wasn't enough, my gear hadn't even been purchased from St. Bernard's but he threw in some of the services just to be nice. I was in awe at how helpful and knowledgeable he was. In an age where customer service seems to be going by the way side, you can still find it at St. Bernard's. I have always purchased my snowboard and winter gear from St. Bernard's and will continue to do so.
St. Bernard's = Amazing products and Amazing customer service.
Pros: Great selection, knowledgeable employees
