I wouldn't even try to call them. If you go into the store, take a chair and food with you, because you will be there past forever. When you try to call to avoid standing around in the store half a day, the message keeps repeating and asking you to press 3 to speak to someone. After you do this about 4-5 times, that option disappears and if you don't chose option 1 or 2, the stupid computer that answers their phone actually HANGS UP ON YOU!!! I recommend calling the Sprint on Russell AVenue @ Lake Forest Mall - almost as soon as you press 3 the first time, someone answers your call. I think the store on Quince Orchard is so bad because of the staff and management. It takes about 4 employees there to help one person . . . . one person to actually interact with the customer, and 3 others to stand around watching them.
