Tan uneven and wore off in 4 days (thankfully, given how bad it looked) despite thorough exfoliation and using the only lotion they recommend for moisturizing twice daily. I was shocked, because the reviews on this site were so positive. I had purchased a package of two tans, expecting to purchase more and return several times throughout the summer. I have made three phone calls to the salon saying that I was uncomfortable going back since the tan was so uneven that I had to wear long pants and sleeves, and asked for a partial credit for at least the unused tan - I called 5 days prior to cancel my appointment. I was told there was a no refund policy. After the owner left a message on my answering machine after my fist two phone calls, I called and left her a third message, stating that I was willing to pay for the first tan, though it was abysmal, but as I called so early to cancel the second and they could certainly fill that spot (their cancellation policy calls only for 24 hours notice) I felt that I was entitled to a refund for that tan. This was several weeks ago, and she has still not called back. I understand that not all products or services are failure free, so I was willing to pay for the uneven and brief tan I did receive, but to expect me to pay for another when I cancelled very early and was so dissatisied with the first is incredibly poor customer service.
Pros: Location - Pleasanton is beautiful
Cons: Doesn't work for everyone, no recourse if you purchase a package
