Bad: They didn't have customer service skills. I didn't like the fact that they recycle their robes and shoes without cleaning them. The rooms were cold and you can hear all kind of noise going on outside of the room. When you do a massage it's suppose to be calm and relaxing and I didn't experience that at Spa Rituals.. Improvements: They need to be much more cleaner than they are now. They need to provide each of their customers with clean robes and shoes. They need to invest in cleaner sheets and covers and also, make sure that the sheets, covers & towels are warm when entering the room.. Other: Over all the services at Spa Ritual wasn't all that great and I will never be going back to Spa Ritual and I definitely won't be referring anybody to them.. more

I've experienced the wonderful Aromaplasty facials- which include a back massage; a swedish massage; eyebrow sculpt; nails; and hair treatment services...ALL of the staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment you enter, until the time you leave. Spa Rituals also offers luxurious robes and slippers, as well as a waterfall relaxation room for their spa services. Been to MANY salons and spas - this by far is the most charming!! It's a hidden gem that looks like it would be on Michigan Ave! more

Give your mom a spiritual retreat for the day at Spa Rituals in Orland Park. What a little bit of Heaven it is there. You can feel the uplifting healing energies as you enter the door, if you have the ability to feel energy. I had the honor and pleasure of experiencing a full spa day, with a facial that was a wonderful full body experience with the most amazing product line from Europe. Followed by a facial toning which is the latest non evasive procedure of tightening the muscles and skin tone and giving the appearance of looking years younger. I was amazed to see such positive results so quickly. Then I had a wonderful full body massage incorporating shiatsu, that left the energy flowing freely through out my body and yet relaxed my muscles and I felt quite heavenly. The gentleman giving the massage was quite discreet, respectful and honorable in his healing work. In such a wonderful relaxed state, I then had a hair color and cut by one of the salons creative hair designers, using the Kerastase hair care line which is only available in higher class salons. The products and treatments do amazing things for your hair. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing without a lot of chaotic energy bouncing around. The decor quite calming and beautiful. I finished the day with a wonderful pedicure, the chairs even give you a warm massage while you are soaking your tootsies. All and all in was a wonderful experience and I encourage anyone that can resonate with the higher energy there to treat themselves or mom for Mother's Day. Mother's treat yourself...remember we can only take care of others from the point of taking care of ourselves and having a full cup to give from. Otherwise, we start giving with resentment. LOVE YOURSELF, be good to yourself, that is the best thing you can do for those you love..... Treat yourself to some heavenly treatments at SPA RITUALS in Orland Park. more

I had THE BEST massage ever here. The experience was wonderful. After sitting in the meditation room, I was brought to a room with soothing music and had a hot stone massage with the massage therapist, David. He was gentle, yet effective. Nice guy, not perverted, very professional. I would recommend him to everyone. more

I dont where Kyle (above) was at...but he was not at the Spa Rituals in Orland Park....The music is soothing, the techs are fabulous....If you want an absolutely great haircut, go see Sabrina....She is the best....she takes her time and designs the perfect cut for your face..... more

WOW!! I had an unbelievable experience at this one of a kind, luxury spa and salon. The atmosphere is nurturing and relaxing and the technicians are extremely skilled. I had a facial and my eyebrows sculpted unlike any other spa I've been too and I've traveled the country!! The boutique is phenomenal with real unique gift ideas! I will definitely be back and recommend that everyone try this place, especially since they use all exclusive products like Kerastase for the hair and Decleor for the skin. Nothing compares!!!! more

omgz guys. this spa was horrible. the water was like freezing. after spending 15 min in one of the tubs, my nose had icicles on it! thats not cool. and, the place was soooooo unsanitary. there was hairs floating in my wifes spa tub thing. thats not satisfactory. more
