Best

I have been getting a massage at this place about every other week, since 2007! It's such a wounderful and relaxing place, especially after a huge workout. Awesome massage, re...

Worst

Sorry, but I don't like this company. I called them to remove my mold in my restroom but they did absolutely nothing. I can't believe that. I gave such amount of money for noth...

Ok Massage 1/6/2006

I have been twice now and the massages are ok. Both times the massage therapists seemed as if they were going through the motions. Perhaps, it was because i always take the last apt of the day, but for the price it should not matter. I love the atmosphere and the staff. Everyone is nice and helpful but the actual service is ok. I heard the facials and waxing is great, unfortuantely, i will try somewhere else when it comes to massages..... more

Go Elsewhere for Nail Services 8/24/2005

If you are only interested in nail services you can get good service and pay less at the place up around the corner and down the block. If you want high end services there are several places better than this. One being several blocks towards Van Ness on Union. more

a faithful client 6/7/2005

I have been going to Spa Radiance for about 2 years now and have to say that my skin has never looked this amazing. If you're looking for results(but love the pampering, too) go to Sarah. First of all, she's in the most amazing upstairs room with the comfiest, plushest bed in the world. Secondly, she treats me with compassion and listens to me and my needs. She's not afraid to get in there-the extractions may not be pleasant but I'm cleaner than clean afterwards. Try the Super Duper and you may just want to live there. I'll never go anywhere else. Pros: serene atmosphere, friendly staff Cons: parking more

Not worth it! 5/18/2005

I've had massages, mist-on tan, and a facial here. The staff had a lot of attitude, except when it was time to recommend products. The (male) masseuse used way too much pressure, although I asked him repeatedly to tone it down, and kept saying ""ouch."" The esthetician who did my facial ""upgraded"" me to an oxygen facial without telling me - it cost more than the facial that I booked and she waved some air over my face - what the heck was that? I've been to dozens of spas and the value here is even less than at some hotels. My facial also started twenty minutes late, and the esthetician never apologized or acknowledged it. But they are very strict about their cancellation policy - I guess that they think that only their time is valuable. I'm just not sure what all of the hype is about. Pros: Variety of Services Cons: Cost, Attitude, Parking more

The Best Ever! 3/6/2005

This place is simply amazing! The space is small, but the treatments and staff more than make up for it. I think the facials here are amazing, and Anastasia is the BEST!! Pros: Excellent Staff, Amazing treatment Cons: No parking, Small more

An Oasis! 12/21/2004

I'm surprised that there were any negative reviews at all. I've been in there a handful of times and have always received prompt and courteous service - not to mention the WONDERFUL treatments! Tammy is the best. She give a wonderful pedicure and Debbie does that wonderful green tea facial. Sure it's expensive, but SOOOO worth it. So therapeutic. Pros: quiet, cell phones banned more

Never go anywhere else! 7/31/2004

As a recent transplant to the SF area, I have tried to find a spa to meet my needs. Finally, I have found it! I was lucky enough to have Roxanne as my massage therapist who, to this day, has been the only one who has been able to relax my stressed out body. Since then, she has referred Kari for the best facials I have ever had. I consider myself an international spa goer and am thrilled that Spa Radiance is in my new home town! Pros: educated therapist, amazing products more

I have been going for years 7/22/2004

Spa Radiance has one great thing about it. Haluk the massage therapist. He is by far the best thing that ever happened to this spa. This place is overpriced for what you get but Haluk is definately worth the money. The products are over the top expensive. I also have had facials, waxing, and eyelash coloring. They were all very disappointing with all the hype Spa Radiance gives itself. The old Spa Radiance was much different with a different feel. The treatments were actually much better back then. The walls to the treatments rooms are very thin and you can hear everything. Pros: Haluk, Fruit flavored water Cons: , too many to name more

rude staff. why bother? 7/5/2004

I walked into Spa Radiance to check out their products and book a facial appointments. There were two people at the front desk. Neither one acknowledged my presence - even after I greeted them hello. I milled around for a couple of minutes, thinking that someone would eventually notice me since I was the only one in the reception area. Of course, no one did. I left, saying ""goodbye"" and ""thank you"". Still, no response. Either the people here are deaf or incredibly rude. Don't bother. Cons: , rude, rude more

Great staff 5/18/2004

I was surprised to read all the negative reviews of spa radiance. I have been getting facials from Carrie and massages from Roxanne for over a year now, both are great! Never had a problem booking or with the reception staff. For packages, it's true that there doesn't seem to be a private place to rest between sessions. My experience with individual appointments has been fantastic Pros: Staff more
