Great cover 4/7/2010

I was looking for a spa cover and I came across spa covers plus. The reason I chose them over everyone else is the ease of ordering my cover. I could call, fax, or even order it online. I wasn't sure what I was doing, so I gave them a call. I was surprised that a live human being answered the phone after being so used to talking to machines that every other company has. The representative gave me simple instructions on how to measure my cover and I quickly provided the measurements and my cover was on it's way. When I got the cover it was everything that I wanted. Excellent quality and it looked nice. When I need a new cover I would definitely go back to Spa Covers Plus. Pros: Fast, great customer service, easy to order more

Fantastic New Cover 4/2/2010

This cover looks so nice with the spa. The old cover that we had gotten has just had the roughest time with weather and our kids. It was time to upgrade to a better cover. Our old cover was damaged 3/30/2010

Our old Spa Cover was damaged from a fire but still functional, just looked awful and honestly was so old and had mold damage from the holes that my wife wouldn't even go into it. Now a year later my wifes parents are coming for Easter and backed up against a wall I had to find a new Spa Cover in less than a week. After calling every Pool Supply company in the Valley and most in LA I called Steve at Spacoverspluscom. He asked me to take some measurements and was very patient as the tape measure broke midstream, my cordless phone was breaking up because my cell battery was dead. This was on a Thursday and I said I needed it done by the following Wednesday. I received the call on Monday morning that my Spa Cover was ready! It couldn't have fit better, the quality was superb and the efficiency and patience immeasurable. I would recommend this Company to anyone who needs a Spa Cover, not to mention the savings, they were at least $50 cheaper than anyone I spoke with and even more savings because I will called it. Cheap covers that look fantastic! 3/24/2010

I have had a few covers for my spa, one which I had to take as a total loss because I measured it wrong. This website made it easy, they had a measuring template that made it really easy to use. Good people to deal with. They answered all of my questions.The cover is much nicer than my old one. Should hold up for a long time. The Price is Right 2/3/2010

I took a chance with spa covers plus.Strictly professional from start to finish.I also like that if you have any questions you can talk to someone before,you order.I was having problems with measuring the radius with the template,that you can download from the website. I found out from customer service that if I measured the diagonal from outside edge of corner to opposite outside corner edge ,they could figure out the radius for me.Now that's what I call customer service. Affordable and Beautful Covers 2/1/2010

I had decided it was time to replace my old ratty looking cover with a new one. I found Spa Covers Plus and I really liked their covers. These are really nice covers.I upgraded to the deluxe model.higher R rating,denser foam,Should last me for years to come.If you have the measurements they can make almost any size cover.Also many colors to choose from.Delivery time was about 10 days from order to delivery.Not bad for a custom cover.
