I had a facial, massage, manicure, pedicure and makeup done, it was an awesome experience and I would refer my friends to you.

Worst

When do you send a birthday greeting to a customer (now x customer) suggesting that you have friends and family call "the spa" to buy you a gift. No Thanks, it is offensive.
