My experience at the Southwest Dental Group in Laveen was great! The staff was more than friendly and were all extremely knowledgable!! I will refer this office to all my friends and family. Usually a dentist visit is something that I put off and do not look forward to but this experience has changed my outlook on this. I will definitely be going there for my six month cleanings! And the manager . . . Wow top notch!!!!! more

WORST DENTIST OFFFICE EVER!!!! Very unprofessional, I took both of my kids to this office for a check up since we moved to Laveen. They both needed cleaning and fillings, and when they went over the paperwork they said my portion would be $125 total, then 2 weeks go by for their apts, and they said they only were scheduled for cleaning and not the fillings. I had an orthidontist apt in scheduled to have both of their braces put on the same week so I insisted they get the fillings done. They did some of the fillings and had to go back the next day to do the last one. I get a call from their office saying that the $125 was only for my daughters cleaning, but the fillings would be another $200. I WENT OFF! I paid the $200 addtitional to get it done so they can get their braces, but I will never use this dentist office for ANYONE In my family. Oh, and my daughter said that the drill bit fell off in her mouth while they were doing a filling. They probably ripped me off, but I don't care at this point about the money, That's NOTHING compaired to what I would have spent if I and my husband would have started going there as well. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! more

Hygienist was very sweet and very informative. I definitely want her to do my next cleaning in 6 months. Thank you for being so gentle. more
