Front office staff is excellent. The finished product has been perfect every time I have taken cars in for repair; and I am very picky. I would make one suggestion that they figure out how to provide automated email updates for completion times to customers as they experience delays and challenges they do not expect when they estimate. The automation could be part of the shop's daily routine instead of having it communicated back through the front office. more

Reputable company that goes the extra mile. 11/8/2010

Southwest Collision did body work for a crash, after I got T-boned when someone ran a stop sign. I use Southwest as part of a business I manage, and we work with them daily, so I was experienced with their work already. I called them on the phone, told them what happened, and where my car was being towed. They handled the rest of it. They got it off the tow lot, over to their lot, dealt with insurance, fixed the car, and called me to pick it up. Most body shops are dirty, dusty and reek of paint. This place was clean as a doctor's office. It was amazing. I've done a ton of commercial business with them, and this was the first time I've ever been to their shop. I was shocked. Everything came out perfect, and they even detailed the car inside and out at no extra cost. Today, you can't tell I've been in an accident. more

I was actually referred to Southwest Collision by another person at work. I initially brought the truck in and spoke to John about it. He told me exactly what would happen and answered any questions or concerns I had. I felt better because of that and decided to bring it in to them. They fixed the hail damage on my truck. It looks very good. There was one little spot of paint on the side of my vehicle, and I noticed it a couple of days later. I called John, and he told me to bring it in immediately. It took them about 3 minutes, and they took care of it. I am a high detail type of person, so most people probably wouldn't have noticed it. Southwest Collision took care of it right away. more
