Review content:
Southwest Collision did body work for a crash, after I got T-boned when someone ran a stop sign. I use Southwest as part of a business I manage, and we work with them daily, so I was experienced with their work already.
I called them on the phone, told them what happened, and where my car was being towed. They handled the rest of it. They got it off the tow lot, over to their lot, dealt with insurance, fixed the car, and called me to pick it up.
Most body shops are dirty, dusty and reek of paint. This place was clean as a doctor's office. It was amazing. I've done a ton of commercial business with them, and this was the first time I've ever been to their shop. I was shocked.
Everything came out perfect, and they even detailed the car inside and out at no extra cost. Today, you can't tell I've been in an accident.
