We lived here for a very short time, thank God! The trailer was a mess when we rented it but Kelly told us it would be cleaned. It wasnt. I spent 4 days scrubbing it from top to bottom before bringing my own belongings in. Found dead roaches and trash and old food in all the cabinets. We had no refrigerator and were told that they'd get us one asap. Took them a week with me constantly calling to get one. The day we moved in the laundry are was leaking and noone cared. We had to go to the store and buy our own emergency shut off valve. There was bad bad black mold. Took me again constantly complaing for them to finally send people to fix it, there solution, cut out the floor board and put new floor board down. No cleanup, no nothing, left the mold underneath trailer and just covered it up. Once we started complaining about the roaches it took a month before they would send an exterminator. \r
When we moved we left the place 100 times cleaner then it has ever been. We lived there for 3 months and are now denied our security deposit because they say they need to paint rooms!!!! WTH? not our fault. Kelly is a two faced liar that promises you everything and follows thru with nothing. And Robby.....well he is the biggest slum lord there is. This whole place is disgusting and nasty and they don't care. They let drugs and criminals and whoever move in, no matter who or what, they dont care as long as someone is paying the rent. People have tons of people living in little trailers, dirty, trash, etc. Don't waste your time or money with these people. Next time, I'd rather live in a box! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS ROACH MOTEL INFESTED WASTE LAND!!!!DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
